LANDSCAPING JOBS Design Build Crew Member
The Design Build Crew will be required to assist the foreman or the lead hand in preparing the job site for day-to-day activities. They will be tasked with cleaning and preparation of job sites and operating a variety of tools and equipment to complete the job.
- Clean and perform preparation of work-site.
- Lubricate, clean, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and tools.
- Load, unload, and identify building materials, machinery, and tools, and distribute them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans and specifications.
- Provide physical labor, including heavy lifting.
- Measure, mark, and record openings and distances to lay out areas where construction work will be performed.
- Perform demolition work and salvage useful materials.
- Read and interpret plans, instructions, blueprints, structural drawings, rough sketches, and specifications to determine work activities.
- Interact professionally with clients and assist them through any issues they may have.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
